About Us:

We are a new and rapidly growing blockchain gaming start-up. Our mission is to build a play-to-earn, NFT-based gaming system within a Medieval Metaverse.

The first phase of development focuses on a turn-based strategy game, and the second phase focuses on integrating this battle system into a land-based strategy game with an extensive virtual economy allowing players to create substantial and liquid income streams.

We have already released our first NFT collection of medieval warriors on the Ethereum blockchain. This sold out in 13 minutes. Since then, we have raised investment from leading VCs within the blockchain and gaming industries.

About The Role:

The purpose of this Senior Unity Product Manager role is to help oversee the development of our turn-based and land-based strategy games created with Unity.

The game is being developed externally by a well-established full-cycle game development studio. Although the agency will provide their own project managers along with teams of designers, developers, and artists, we believe it is essential to have someone in-house to act as an important bridge between our in-house team and outsourced development studio to ensure that our vision is being executed to a high standard and in the direction we desire.

This individual must be an all-rounder with extensive experience as a product manager in the gaming industry, and must have great communication and organisational skills.

The right candidate will be rewarded very well with a great salary, as well as extremely lucrative equity and tokenomics incentives.

This is a remote-working role.

We are looking for someone to fill this role immediately.

To apply, send an email to Please make the subject heading “Senior Unity Product Manager” and attach a CV and a customised covering letter explaining why you are interested in this role, and why you are the perfect fit. If you could include links/references to shipped games whereby you have been a product manager, that would be very useful.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pivotal role in finalising the game design and overseeing pre-production
  • Pivotal role in driving day-to-day production and communicating across internal and external teams
  • Assisting with organising an agile development process with a well prioritised product backlog, and ensuring that development closely aligns with the product vision and is being executed to a high standard
  • Acting as a leader within the company and relaying progress updates to the in-house team
  • Forward planning to help overcome any potential obstacles or problems that the development process might encounter
  • Overseeing the launch and testing of each version of the game (Alpha, Beta, Public Release), and ensuring that user feedback is well integrated into the development process
  • Post launch support and continued work on updates and further developments

About You:

  • Extensive experience as a product manager with experience working in the gaming industry and demonstratable success in launching multiple shipped games
  • Great communication and collaboration skills with a strong ability to align teams to a common vision
  • Great understanding of organising and managing agile development and production
  • Experience working in game design
  • Experience working in the Unity game engine, ideally, but not essentially, with procedural generation systems and nondeterministic gameplay
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ideally, but not essentially, experience with turn-based strategy and medieval fantasy games
  • Ideally, but not essentially, experience with blockchain and blockchain gaming
